Our Story
House & Co didn’t start with a business plan — it started with a compliment. After completing the finishes on our first home build, the feedback from everyone who saw it was consistent: this is something special. So we bought a subdividable block, renovated the existing 3-bedroom home in just four weeks, and quickly realised we had something worth pursuing.
Founder Sam Choueib formally established House & Co about a decade ago, following a period that created an unexpected opportunity to go all-in. What began as a natural talent turned into a company with a clear purpose: to help homeowners see — and realise — the true value locked inside their properties.
